Stomach Cancer

Stomach Cancer (Gastric cancer) presents with chief complaints of pain in the abdomen, a decrease in appetite, and significant weight loss. Few patients have multiple episodes of vomiting (Gastric outlet obstruction) and blood in the vomitus. The portion of stomach (partial gastrectomy ) or total stomach is removed based on the stage and location of the tumor.
